The Paving Stones Quilt (60” x 60”) is part of the Step Up Collection. Each quilt in this collection focuses on teaching a new skill in a fun, quick, usable project. The idea is that you will use each skill over and over again during the course of the project so that by the time you have completed it, you will have mastered the skill and can easily put it to use in another project. These quilts also make great gift quilts as they are primarily throw size and are simple to construct. Paving Stones focuses on the stitch and flip technique, an important skill that is used by many designers to shape a block. This pattern also includes directions for a bonus pillow!

Materials:

• 1 - 1/3 yards background fabric

• 2/3 yard each of contrasting fabrics A-F

• 1/2 yard binding fabric

• 4- 1/2 yards backing fabric
